Our fundraising opportunities are many and varied – there’s something to suit everyone. We’d love you to get involved.
There’s always something fun and interesting coming up in our full and varied events programme.
Each event is different and there are many ways you can help, from manning stalls, to acting as stewards, serving food or simply buying a ticket and coming along. Support at specific events is always welcome. And if you’d like to help out on a regular basis, you can join our volunteer fundraising team – it’s a great way to meet new people and feel part of your local community.
In addition to our events, you can host your own, either as an individual or through another organisation. Our kind and creative fundraisers have organised all kinds of events from musical evenings, golf events and garden parties to coffee mornings, talks and flower arranging workshops.
And they didn’t do it alone – our fundraising team is always on hand to give advice, help plan and run your event, and provide promotional material.
Thinking of taking part in a sponsored event? It’s amazing how much money you can raise for Cherry Lodge by asking friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you.
From running, swimming, or cycling, to skydiving or walking the Camino de Santiago, our amazing fundraisers have taken part in many sponsored events. We offer guaranteed places in selected events, such as the London Marathon and the London 10k Run, and can also support your entry in other organised events and give advice about sponsorship ideas of your own.
We use Enthuse to help run our sponsored fundraising activities, including registering people to take part in events, creating fundraising pages and handling donations.
Cherry Lodge is extremely grateful to all the local businesses and organisations that have helped us over the years. As well as raising money for a good cause, corporate fundraising initiatives, such as putting on an event or sponsorship opportunities, give work colleagues an opportunity to get to know each other better and have fun.
