Ten years ago, Cherry Lodge supported Alex Woods’ family when his wife Ann-Marie was diagnosed with breast cancer at just 32. As a way of giving back, Alex walked 184 miles from the Thames source to the Thames Barrier, raising over £8k for Cherry Lodge. “From the moment Ann-Marie was diagnosed, Cherry Lodge was an incredible source of support for both of us,” says Alex. “I decided to try and help this fantastic charity continue the amazing work they do, and I’m so glad that I did.”
